On June 5th, Sun Jin, the deputy secretary of the general party branch of China Publishing Group Digital Media Company and his delegation group visited Xiamen Xindeco and communicatedon the development of the animation and cartoon industry. Du Shaohua, the president of Xiamen Xindeco gave the introduction on the Xiamen Xindeco and XiamenXinda Zhongtian Network Technology Company.
Xiamen Xindeco focuses onphotoelectricity and IOT, as well as supply chain, real estate, and financialservice business, forming a “high-tech leading, diversified development”industrial structure. It is a large high-tech enterprise group with electronicinformation industry as its core. The company was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in early 1997, and was continuously selected as one of China’s Top 500 Listed Companies. Xinda Zhongtian is its holding subsidiary, which has diversified digital cultural industries such as original design, side-lineproduct development, animation and cartoon operation, game development andoperation, IP incubation, flow management, capital operation, with an annualincome of 1.2 billion.
After negotiation, two parties havereached consensus in three aspects:
First, the twoparties will set up a joint venture company to develop animation business,including animation copyright management, digital content marketing, derivativecustomization, etc.
Secondly,based on the market, both parties will select high-quality animation works,create popular IP, and expand the multi-channel, all-media operation model ofhigh quality animation works.
