During November 11 to 12, the first China Animation Industry Annual Conference was held in Xiamen, co-sponsored by China Audiovisual and Digital Publishing Association and Xiamen Municipal People’s Government, CPC Xiamen Municipal Committee Propaganda Department, Xiamen Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, Xiamen International Animation Festival Organizing Committee, China Publishing Group Digital Media Co., Ltd., and hosted by China Cinda (Xiamen) Culture Media Co., Ltd.
During the conference, the Animation Working Committee of the China Audiovisual and Digital Publishing Association signed astrategic cooperation agreement with the Xiamen Bureau of Industry and Information Technology. Wang Biao, the director of the Digital Publishing Institute of the China Press and Publication Research Institute, released theannual report on China’s animation industry. Secretary-General of the AnimationWorking Committee Du Du introduced the annual work plan on China’s animationindustry. At the same time, three forums were held: “Integrated Development of China’s Animation Industry”,“Animation+ Cultural Tourism, New Development Impetus”, and “Animation IP Derivative Authorization Sharing”, focusing on hottopics in the industry, such as the integration of animation industry, publishing and distribution, cultural and tourism cooperation, derivativeauthorization, etc.
